Where do I start with the fantastic service?!
What an Amazing team. Martins team were superb. Before choosing View estate agents, I had valuations from other estate agents in the area. None came close to even the first interaction at valuation.
For example, other estate agents under valued to get a quick sale.. one competitor wasn’t even interested in looking in the garden as it was raining!
Mark from view who conducted the valuation was spot on. He did his market research, he came armed with historic listings of the property, so understood the work that went into the renovation.
Not pushy, just excellent service from the start on his behalf. Explained well and gave the TIME to listen and understand my questions, concerns and information relating to the property.
His professionalism and attention to detail convinced me to go with View estate agents… I’m so glad I did!
The whole team at view went above and beyond! Constantly updating me every week, multiple times a week regarding the transaction. I couldn’t ask for more! Will, Gemma, Suzi and Mark were all exceptional. Their attention to detail, passion for their trade and knowledge was just inspiring. Even my constant bombardment of questions and calls were always answered promptly and I couldn’t have asked for more from them all.
I could write all day long at how amazing this team really is. Honestly, don’t bother wasting your time with any other estate agents in the area, just go with View. I promise you won’t be disappointed. From start to finish, the customer service, attention to detail, discretion, attentiveness everything added up to make this an absolute pleasure working with them.

After having no luck in selling with another agent, we appointed View, and within 48 hours of listing the property the house was sold subject to contract. The View team was assiduous in following up the sale and reporting back through to successful exchange . A great result and no surprise that the View sold signs abound in the areas they operate.

A week ago I completed on the sale of my property. I had originally instructed another agent to market the property and 4 weeks later my home was still not on the market. The photos were poor, floor plan diabolical and the staff were indifferent and at times rude.
I then gave my business to Mark at View Property. I was on the market within a week and had two asking price offers in my first 3 viewings. The phone was always answered (not the case with my previous agents) and none of my questions were deemed trivial.
All the staff are professional, friendly, helpful and Suzi was very attentive keeping me up to date with the progress of the sale. Mark’s photos and video showed my property to its best. I would definitely recommend them. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

We’ve just completed on selling our house but only with the help of View. Other agents tried but failed. View were really quick to communicate and offered advice which helped bring our sale to a successful completion. They were good at every stage of the process of selling our big, complex listed building and even when we were frustrated at the end they really helped us make good timely decisions. It’s obvious they’ve got years of experience & we learnt quickly we could trust them to lead us competently through. I wholeheartedly recommend View Property to anyone buying or selling!

Excellent service! Mark Lancaster is professional, knowledgeable and amiable.
I had previously had a very bad experience with another agent who took weeks to get photographs done, 7 attempts at the brochure due to:- lack of detail, poor description, bad grammar and completely inaccurate floor plans. Consequently I was nervous about going through the process again. It couldn’t have been more different. Mark gave great advice and is a genuine person who clearly knows his job and the market he’s performing in. I received asking price offers within a week of marketing.
All the office staff are efficient, friendly and prompt to resolve queries. I would thoroughly recommend them!
