View Property have got everything right. I cannot recommend them enough.
In what was a particularly tricky market, View Property helped me navigate the successful sale of a property in Tavistock and were instrumental in helping to secure and retain the onward purchase too. It was clear throughout the process from valuation, through marketing to the sales progression that the entire team at View were working in my best interests. Abi, in particular was incredibly in managing the progression of the sale with tenacity and professionalism.
During a house move, you learn more that you might expect about other local estate agents and I have no doubt that View Property are the superior choice in Tavistock. Thank you to the entire team.

Where do I start with the fantastic service?!
What an Amazing team. Martins team were superb. Before choosing View estate agents, I had valuations from other estate agents in the area. None came close to even the first interaction at valuation.
For example, other estate agents under valued to get a quick sale.. one competitor wasn’t even interested in looking in the garden as it was raining!
Mark from view who conducted the valuation was spot on. He did his market research, he came armed with historic listings of the property, so understood the work that went into the renovation.
Not pushy, just excellent service from the start on his behalf. Explained well and gave the TIME to listen and understand my questions, concerns and information relating to the property.
His professionalism and attention to detail convinced me to go with View estate agents… I’m so glad I did!
The whole team at view went above and beyond! Constantly updating me every week, multiple times a week regarding the transaction. I couldn’t ask for more! Will, Gemma, Suzi and Mark were all exceptional. Their attention to detail, passion for their trade and knowledge was just inspiring. Even my constant bombardment of questions and calls were always answered promptly and I couldn’t have asked for more from them all.
I could write all day long at how amazing this team really is. Honestly, don’t bother wasting your time with any other estate agents in the area, just go with View. I promise you won’t be disappointed. From start to finish, the customer service, attention to detail, discretion, attentiveness everything added up to make this an absolute pleasure working with them.
I would recommend to any family or friends. What does good estate agency look like? Ask the team at view.
