Fantastic sales progression by Khaleesha. First class service, so professional and proactive, Khaleesha took the stress out of the delays with her constant chasing and finding out where the problems were and resolving them. Brooke was so helpful and was always there to step up to help with anything that was needed with the sale. We would 100% recommend Paul Mason from start to finish.

Having tried other well known Estate Agents, we found the work Paul Mason's put into our sale much better. They kept in touch and organised far more visit by potential buyers. During the sale they kept us informed with news from the chain and acted as an intermediatory whenever they good. All in all, a very positive experience.

Buying a selling houses is definitely one of the most stressful things you can do but Khaleesha and Brooke were amazing throughout the whole process, going above and beyond to help me through and their support was very much appreciated.
Nothing was ever too much trouble and the communication via email and phone was outstanding.
I would highly recommend Paul Mason
and would definitely use them again.

Great estate agents, Khaleesha has been so helpful with the sale of our property, liaising with all parties involved and making sure we were all kept up to date. Paul Mason estate agents were committed to seeing things through, all the way up to and including the completion date, they have a strong work ethic and I don’t know what we would have done without them.

When I went to view a property they were selling the representative had no knowledge of basic information regarding the property. They had turned off the electric to the property. This seemed to be a tactic in order to hide the properties faults. I provided an offer on the condition certain faults would be resolved. This offer was accepted and I received contact regarding the progress of the faults being fixed. I was then told a month into the purchase that actually the vendor had decided to sell to someone else. This to me seemed dishonest once again on the part of the estate agents and made me suspect they had continued viewings. Overall and bad experience.

Throughout the whole process the team from Paul Mason kept me informed. Always very pleasant, polite and Informative. If I wasn’t sure about something they found the answer. When I lost my buyer they had new people to view immediately. Their prices are very fair. I won’t be moving again but if I had to they would be my first port of call.
