Both Sam and Niel should be commended on their patience and knowledge. Both of them worked for the sellers while we were the buyers. You wouldn’t have known it, they were always at the end of the phone and happy to help however silly the question. While most companies have decided to offer 5 recorded messages before getting through to the wrong person, either of these two can normally be reached directly within a minute. To top it all off, the massive smile across Sams face when he got to hand us the keys is testament to how much he loves his job and cares about people.
