Ardent Estates were the agents acting for the sellers of the home we've bought recently. For a number of reasons it had the potential to be a complicated transaction but in the end, that side of it went smoothly, thanks in large part to the hard work Paul and Brett put in for us. Highly professional, very knowledgable, easy to work with, always contactable. Tried a few other agents but Ardent were definitely the best not just because of the low fee to sell which does help as well
No false promises always keep you updated 2 viewings both put offers in
Paul and Brett give a great service
Don’t think I will be moving again for a while but would always use them and recommend anyone else to as well
