Pauline and her team have been amazing! Getting my flat refurbished was a daunting prospect for me but Pauline made everything easy and so much less stressful than it would have been otherwise. She also kept me sane by organising roofers when an unexpected leak (thank you, Storm Whatever-your-name-was!) got in the way, which was a huge relief. The icing on the cake is that Watt Property's prices are incredibly competitive and Pauline's communication is fantastic, which made the decision to hire them a no-brainer too. Cannot recommend Watt Property enough. The staff in the office were so helpful and accommodating and always get back super quickly. We had a couple of very minor issues in the flat and they had the repairs booked in next day. Nothing was too much trouble and they are an exceptionally reliable and friendly letting agent, which is a rare thing in a city centre! Thanks again for everything.... Read more

We had a very pleasant 6 month stay at a property leased by Watt, and hope the next tenants do too - we only wish we could've stayed longer except my work intervened with that possibility!
