When selling our property on the Isle of Seil in 2017 the service we received from West Property - Oban office, was first rate. Our contact Lucy attended to matters without delay and kept us up-to-date with what was happening which was particularly appreciated as we were living some 100 miles from Seil and had to rely heavily on West Property staff during the period of the sale. This company was fully engaged with me selling my house from start to finish. The communication was excellent at all times. After the initial setting up of the sale with Nicola, I was effectively handed over to Annabelle, the negotiator who kept both me and the potential buyers fully informed - so that everyone knew what was happening. She and I were in close touch over the evolving bids and I felt that I was being really well looked after. I was confident that West Properties would be professional at all times and they were. As far as advice goes, West Properties understands the market for both buyers and sellers on Mull and ensured that I, as a client, understood the market too so that my expectations were managed realistically. On the other hand my input and ideas were listened to and acted on as well. As someone who was not able to do the viewings of my house myself, it was a real benefit that West Properties had someone on the island who would do this, All in all the sale of my house went really smoothly and I feel fortunate that I chose this young vibrant, switched on, team to do the job.
