Very professional & extremely helpful as we were first time sellers so we hadn't a clue. My wife and I recently sold a house through Fiuran Property. They have three different fee options to choose from, the choice really being dependent on how quickly you think the property will sell. We chose the lowest option (GBP495) because we felt sure the house would sell quickly. For this sum we got: very useful advice on how best to prepare the property for viewing so that it looked its best; recommendations on surveying companies for the preparation of the Home Report; discussion of the valuation and recommended selling price taking into account the current state of the Argyll property market; a portfolio of photographs with a listing on the Fiuran website. Mrs Pagan is sensitive to the fact that an elderly lady on her own might feel intimidated at the thought of receiving prospective buyers and offered to lead or accompany the viewings. All in all it was excellent value for money.
