I had already made my mind up to use another agency before Jason came round, but he talked about how they sell properties and I liked his fresh approach. House went on the market and sold within the first block of viewings so I will give them 10/10 for that. In fact I had 4 offers from 6 viewers in a village which often struggles with faster sales. Jason gave us a selling price and an honest "get people through the door price". I went with the people through the door price as to be frank, the house is worth what people will offer not some pie in the sky valuation designed to hook you in to sign up. Board and Rightmove was up within 24 hours.
The post offer experience was handled by a separate dept and I suspect it was an education for him in human behavior and process. However they maintained professionalism despite some rather edgy emails from me and we got there in the end.
At the end of the day, I sold the house because I needed to buy one particular property and they achieved what I paid them to do. As with any organisation, some will enjoy the experience and some won't.

White Walls sold my City Centre Oxford Apartment within twenty-minutes of instruction. Absolutely delighted with the whole experience. Good flow of information and no hiccups along the way. Highly recommend.

We sold our house through White Walls and would happily recommend them. Communication in particular was excellent - throughout the process we were kept well informed with what was going on, and my calls and emails were always responded to promptly. Queries from our buyers and ourselves were dealt with quickly, and the buying/selling process patiently explained.

I can only echo the negative comments below.
This agency asked for a deposit to secure a property for rent at a specific rate. The following day the contract I signed had been doctored to specify a higher rate. When I demanded my deposit back, they refused. My mistake was (in trust) not taking away a copy of the contract the previous day.
Highly unsatisfactory all round. Avoid.

Viewed a rental property through white walls, the photos were obviously at least 10 years old and the property was hugely dilapidated and we were informed that the landlord was not willing to spend any money on repairs… (if we wanted to make the windows lockable it was going to be out of our pockets etc). The agency fee was much more than any other agent £210 per person (for a house of 4) rather than £150 or so. Having been sent the information to proceed we were required to provide 3 MONTHS BANK STATEMENTS as Lizzie confirmed they do not use independant credit checks… since the £210 only covered the contract and these checks and not a independent inventory/ check out etc and that this fee had to be transferred into a bank (and whichever interested party did so first would get the property)… all of this makes White walls one of the dodgy-est estate agents I have ever dealt with.

The only thing I recommend about this agency is that you avoid them at all costs. I recently bought a flat through them, and they have made repeated misrepresentations, both to me and the vendor. They purported to have had extensive experience of arranging lease extensions on similar flats within this particular development, then did nothing, and were unable to help or advise on any aspect of the process, causing considerable delay. They told me the flat was being sold furnished, and told the vendor they currently manage several rental properties on my behalf. Both of which are untrue.
Seriously lacking in relevant legal knowledge, and just plain mendacious.
