For the purchase of our house in Jericho, Oxford, we worked with Francis from JCP Estate Agents. Francis is a genuine person who never forgets the human side of things while doing business. He has his clients' best interests in mind. When things were getting a bit rough just before signing our contract, Francis was the sane voice who kept it all peaceful and made sure the sale was executed in time. For that, we'll always be grateful to Francis and JCP. If and when we decide to sell our place, no doubt we'll be calling Francis from JCP as having that trust that we have in him is very important. I heard similar praises for Francis from my neighbours who recently purchased properties here.

As I was purchasing an apartment I had no other choice than to use JCP as the agent, that being said I couldn’t fault my experience with them. From initial viewing to picking up my keys they were the consummate professionals throughout. My go to during the process was Elizabeth Baddley who was friendly, knowledgeable and always approachable. I’ve had agents in the past who will get back to you after the second or third call, that never happened with Elizabeth who was on the case at all times. when I come to sell my property and have a choice of agents I’ll have no need to shop around. Poor experience as a potential tenant: our details were not logged in the system, and the elderly resident of the property had not received notification that we were coming to view, making for an embarrassing viewing experience. The agent showing us the property was not able to answer most of our questions e.g. age of boiler, garden access arrangements, and did not follow up with any paperwork as promised.
