As I was purchasing an apartment I had no other choice than to use JCP as the agent, that being said I couldn’t fault my experience with them. From initial viewing to picking up my keys they were the consummate professionals throughout. My go to during the process was Elizabeth Baddley who was friendly, knowledgeable and always approachable. I’ve had agents in the past who will get back to you after the second or third call, that never happened with Elizabeth who was on the case at all times. when I come to sell my property and have a choice of agents I’ll have no need to shop around. Poor experience as a potential tenant: our details were not logged in the system, and the elderly resident of the property had not received notification that we were coming to view, making for an embarrassing viewing experience. The agent showing us the property was not able to answer most of our questions e.g. age of boiler, garden access arrangements, and did not follow up with any paperwork as promised.

I have just purchased a flat marketed by JCP Estate Agents. I found Francis very easy to deal with and very professional. I can unreservedly recommend Francis Winstone-Partridge of JCP Walton Street. My sale/purchase process proved to be unexpectedly protracted --- absolutely not his fault --- and he spared no effort to advise, assist and encourage and steered the whole thing through successfully.
