We've had a lot of bad experiences with estate agents in the past but Wild Goose have shown us that not all estate agents are the same! Roger has done everything he possibly could from the absolute start to make this process as stress free as he can, including going out of his way when our buyer had problems getting their mortgage; he helped sort it out so we didn't need to worry. He has called us regularly with updates, no chasing has been needed, he has also been liaising with solicitors to make sure we always know exactly what is going on at every stage of the process which we never got from the more well known companies (and we've used a fair few!).
