Everything excellent. I like the feeling of dealing with down to earth professionals rather than hyped salesmen.
Also a buyer pulled out last minute and they had the patience to put it back in the market, perform more visits and sell it in a week, for no extra cost.

I have nothing negative to say at all about our experience using Garrett & Bradly. We were really impressed by the service from day one to completion. We changed over from our old estate agent as they just weren’t providing a good enough service. We were kept in the loop at every stage along the way, and to be honest they took all the stress away from selling. Extremely professional, honest and courteous. I can't recommend Garrett & Bradly – Weston Super Mare highly enough. After researching estate agents in the area, I decided to choose Garrett & Bradley after the initial phone call and visit to complete the valuation of my property it felt like they really cared about me not only as a customer but also a person.
My agent, Maria, was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with throughout the marketing and negotiations for my house sale - always on the end of the phone, flexible to facilitate viewings and quick to respond to questions. Buying and selling houses can be a stressful experience, but Maria worked hard to make sure this wasn't the case for us, and all for a very competitive fee.

From the very first contact Nicola has been an absolute dream to work with. Staying professional throughout the process, giving an outstanding level of service, always at hand and nothing was ever too much trouble. I believe she went above and beyond and for that I will always be ever thankful.
When Nicola first viewed my house I was in the process of gutting it and getting it ready to sell. I’m not really paint colour savvy but after many conversations with Nicola and her giving me awesome design ideas we came up with the best colours to use for the internal and external of my house. My property was we pretty much empty when the for sale sign went up so Nicola added some props when it came to viewings and for the photographs. This worked an absolute treat and can’t thank her enough for helping me out.
I didn’t think that Estate Agents got so involved but Nicola rolled her sleeves up and gave it her all. The help she gave with the solicitors was totally invaluable and eased a lot of the anxieties surrounding a house sell. She constantly kept me updated throughout the process which made things work really smoothly. I could carry on singing her praises but I feel you get the exact measure of the type of service you will receive from my brief words.
Nicola is such a kind, generous and thoughtful person and I’m seriously pleased she was on this journey with me. She was the first estate agent I met and knew straight away that I would instruct her. I can highly recommend Nicola to take care of your house sell and you can feel safe in the knowledge that she is doing her absolute best for your corner.

He was punctual, always answered our queries and returned our calls immediately and we knew where we were in the process at all times. I would highly recommend using them, despite the fact that they are a small independent firm.

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing service. I attended a viewing in May 2022, all scheduled and confirmed by the company. I attended; however, no one from Garrett & Bradly did. I emailed them to express my disappointment at not being communicated. I did suggest that calling to notify of a cancelled viewing would be vastly more appropriate and better communication. I spoke to the Co-owner, who insisted their CRM system dispatched a correspondence to notify me of the cancellation. When I challenged them that I categorically did not receive this communication and requested they forward it over to me, they admitted that the CRM actually did not send it. All very laughable. I appreciate it's a busy market and a busy time for Estate Agents; however, communication is (and should be) very simple, especially when I'm sacrificing my times and other viewings to view no-show Estate Agents.

We first met Callum when he showed us around a property as a prospective buyer. We were impressed with his approach; so much so that, when it came to putting our own house on the market, we invited him to list it for us.
From start to finish, Callum was cool-headed, knowledgeable and reliable. He was responsive and always honest and fair - even if that meant telling us things we might not want to hear.
Our chain became quite tricky towards the end of the process but Callum remained a solid pair of hands and we really leaned on and benefited from his advice and experience.
The flat fee was a real benefit during such an expensive time and on top of that Callum was transparent, organised and super helpful - basically all the things you want from an estate agent but rarely get!!
We've dealt with a lot of Bristol estate agents in our time, both as buyers and vendors, and Callum is head and shoulders above the rest and a breath of fresh air. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

We would highly recommend this company, after our house being on the market for 16 weeks with another company who were not getting us what we wanted. Callum sold our house in around 10days of it being on the market with him. We had people view most days and multiple offers of which we achieved what we wanted. It took along time to process the sale but this was due to our buyers, buyer holding things up. Through out the whole process Callum stayed in contact with us and helped us nudge our buyers along. We are very happy with the service we received and would definitely recommend and use again if we needed to. Thanks so much Callum for all your help :)

Callum did a great job both of our sale and purchase! He has taken the best of the online model, using technology to make the process seamless and speedy but without losing the personal touch. He’s a great communicator, with frequent updates and always had time to discuss queries. Selling a house during a pandemic and when you have two small kids is pretty stressful but he was really accommodating to our needs. A definite breath of fresh air for the world of estate agency!
