Willmotts has been a truly great building manager as well as our realtor. We had constant communication and high touch assistance in guiding a sitting tenant out of our property whilst at the same time prepping and listing the apartment for sale. I highly recommend them and can’t thank them enough for their time and energy in a very tricky situation.

I'm giving one star because there is no option for zero stars. Emails are never replied to, and the management is incredibly poor—they show up whenever they want. People are now dumping rubbish on the premises, and despite my reporting it, nothing has been done. There is virtually no management presence, yet the charges keep coming, and they are sometimes incorrect. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with, and I cannot comprehend how the government allows such behaviour.

Willmotts are an unbelievably bad managing agent and need proper investigation - they have no intention of doing their assigned jobs. As a leaseholder in a block of flats managed by Willmotts, for a year I've been trying to get them simply to maintain the lease terms they're responsible for and have sufficient powers to make the necessary improvements - but they simply put the responsibility back on you, try and pressure you with the 'legal costs' you would have to pay, and generally skip around questions. This is so they don't actually have to spend any money.
I even had to chase up my own complaint with them as they didn't bother to adhere to their own complaints procedure and even then ignore your questions.
Unfortunately, looking at some of the below reviews, it seems I'm not the only one in this position.
Willmotts are good at one thing - increasing already extortionate service charges and chasing up payments. Future leaseholders - avoid!!!!

We recently worked with Willmotts and I can’t recommend them enough; they were brilliant from start to finish! We liaised with Mel who was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was extremely professional, helpful, responsive and was also happy to answer any queries we had about the property.

Very Good service, particularly, Carl is patient and supportive. They arranged meeting when I asked to go back and view the property again (my last agency complained me view too many times when I had the same requirements). They labeled the property “sold under contract” after my offer was accepted (me and my friend met other agents who don’t remove the property from the market after issuing memo, and show others the property even when our surveys had been booked). I appreciate the vendor choose Willmotts as their agency.
