I’m Luke warm about my experience with Dexters. I was not impressed with the way they overvalued my property to entice me in. I had to keep on them to get through a cash sale that really should have been much more straight forward although the buyers solicitor was a nightmare. I didn’t really feel they represented my interests fully but they did get a sale in the end. Though it was well below asking price.
