Not all estate agents are the same…having dealt with many over the year I can confidently advise that Wilsons are the very best. Unlike many, they care about their clients be that as a seller or a purchaser. Nothing is too much trouble and they go above and beyond all that could be expected. I think what impressed me most was the ownership of the sale I.e. you are not just another customer but an important customer! On several occasions the team checked on the property (which in my case was empty) to ensure that all was well.when it came to viewing full information was given and attendance was fully managed with immediate feed back. An agreement was put in place to receive a sum of money once our house purchase had gone through to replace an old boiler the owners refused to change, we never received that money. It appears all they cared about was getting the purchase over the line. The boiler has now broken leading up to winter, we are without the agreed sum of money and are having to find the money ourselves to replace it.... Read more
