Once the house is finalised, working with the folks over at wisdom estate was smooth.
Robert is very responsive and helps out with all the queries we had as a first time buyer. He liaised very well with the sellers and their solicitors sending regular updates and reminders.
Not sure if this common with all estate agencies but there is very little knowledge on the surrounding area in terms of demographics.

Buying your first home is never as quick or straightforward as you would like, but thankfully Rob and Matt are experts at what they do and will go above and beyond to assist the sale through to completion. The team at Wisdom assisted me with the sale of my 1 bedroom flat in the Dartford Bridge area during a difficult time for the market, however they took to the challenge and accomplished it beyond my expectations. The first thing I want to say is Thank You Rob and Matt. My move was not an easy one moving from Kent to the Isle of Wight. Throughout the process I found both to be extremely supportive, easy to contact and where needed gave me great advice and support. Working towards changing deadlines, they were always there for me and never let me down. I would highly recommend Wisdom Estates to both friends and family. We will definitely be using them again when my mum start the process of selling her house this year.

Wisdom Estates were involved in a total of 3 sales for our extended family all moving premanantly to Wales and were very efficient and kept pushing when things got delayed, incluidng dealing with respective solicitors. I have no doubt that Wisdom Estates are the estate agents everyone should use if they want the best price for their property, constant support and updates through the entire process and someone there to push everyone involved in order to exchange and complete with as little stress as possible.
