Great service from Langford Russell, all estate agents are very approachable especially Connor who has been very proactive in showing us a house which we eventually offered on. Connor has given us an extensive report on the house, keeping us updated and also very responsive to my messages! It’s refreshing seeing young people like him being so professional!

I bought my first home through Langford Russell. Nathan Robinson was very helpful throughout the journey. He was always available to give us access to the property during the sale as we required multiple contractors to give us a quote for refurbishment as soon as we get the keys. On one occassion Nathan came down on Sunday (non working day for him). Seller side solicitors were not very prompt and that became a big problem because we had to complete within certain time due to various factors. Nathan was continously working to resolve all outstanding queries.
So overall we are very happy with his services and would recommend.

Highly recommended. Nathan took charge of the probate sale of our Mother's property and his professional approach to the sale, his personable approach and obvious knowledge of his profession shone through. We have been dealing with Kelly Walsh and Nathan Robinson at the Sidcup High Street branch. They have both been friendly, polite, helpful and very patient with us with regard to selling our house. After selling our house, subject to contract, Kelly constantly liaised with all parties concerned in the chain and Nathan took over during a holiday period.

I have to say I would highly recommend Langford Russell. Kelly was extremely upbeat and positive from the outset and was confident we would get an offer which we did on day one of the property going on the market. The pictures taken of our house were excellent and really portrayed the property brilliantly. Nathan kept us in the loop at all times as to queries from the buyers and speeded things along when needed. Overall a great company and highly recommend.
