Lucy was very helpful from the beginning, and went above and beyond to assist us with our rental while moving over from Australia. She also assisted with some requirements after we had collected the keys which I can imagine was no longer her responsibility and for that we are very grateful. Would highly recommend

Charlie, in particular, kept me in good humour during all the twists and turns of our complicated venture, and answered the phone instantly without me having to go through “key-pad” options! Thank you for your patience and for finding us a replacement buyer at such short notice! Fantastic negotiations!
