I brought a new build property through Greenfield whilst I was waiting for the property to be ready to move into there was a severe lack of communication. Every time I called the agent managing the development they were 'on another call' or 'out of the office' never once over a 5 month period did someone call me back. Then when my house was finally ready no one provided me with the phone number for the developer to arrange handover until I called on the morning of completion to ask what was happening. Very poor service.
What an incredible experience - selling my beloved home via Greenfield Estate Agents in Ewell Village. The level of contact and caring was exemplary. The process of conveyancing is never smooth and my own particularly not so! However I felt supported the whole way - all communication was welcomed and I was always informed as to how the situation was developing.
