It was so quick and easy, we were advised to have an open day as the house we were selling was unoccupied and this was organised and dealt with so professionally without us having to do a thing, we had total trust in Greenfield from the first meeting. On the open day we were kept informed of how many potential purchasers would be viewing, we received several offers and were provided with detailed information regarding the purchaser's position which made our decision simpler.

Superb service. Jade helped us find a property. She was very helpful in shortlisting the right property that would accept us. since we were students most of the landlord rejected because they didn't want a guarantor. But she didn't give up and got us our home. The move in process was very professional and accurate. Although the referencing partner was not very quick which delayed the process a bit. Marc is a very good and co-operative Property Manager. He solved our plumbing issues very swiftly.

I’m assuming the reviews on here are either fake or from people who got their houses straight away. When they don’t wanna give you a house they lie and make excuses, never communicate. Someone needs to put Jade on a communications course because she left us hanging for 2 weeks. It was always me calling her, and when I called always someone else picking up and telling us Jade will call back but that ‘call back’ never took place. Jade also only responded to a total of one emails of mine out of the many I sent. They also didn’t have the decency to tell us that someone else got the house and it was so obvious there reason for not telling us was made up. I think you know when a house goes up for rent when you’re working in a small company. Wasted two weeks of our precious time, two weeks we could’ve used to put in offers for other houses.

I was moved to the US by my employer in 2018. The Surbiton Greenfields office managed my purchase of the apartment in 2012 and I turned to them to manage the rental of the apartment whilst I was abroad. They have managed the apartment for me for almost 4 years now and have always been professional, helpful and quick to respond to any requests (either by me or by my tenants). They have good contacts with local contractors for electrical, gas, plumbing and other needs. I was interested in one property and booked two different appointments with Am employee named Jade for the viewing which they canceled she didn’t even give proper reasons. There was to proper follow ups when I arranged the viewing. Then she promised me to send the the video of the place for which I waited for the whole day but I didn’t receive it so I had to contact her manager Elizabeth then she sent me the video and told me to reply her if am interested then the following day I offered Elizabeth through the email but there was no reply so called Jade and did the offering and she told me that they accepted the offer from someone. What kind of sick game is this I have no idea. They were not professional and there is no proper communication between them.All the say is sorry sorry sorry. They are very bad agents. I don’t recommend them at all.

Both of them have a calm, helpful and positive demeanour and went out of their way to help us with the process. There were no pushy attitudes that sometimes come with the industry - they came across like genuinely good guys that we could speak freely and easily with. Greenfield are buy far the best agent we have used. We sold and bought through them. Elliot, Sarah and Robyn in particular were great but the whole team were wonderful. We had previously tried to sell our house but other agents were not very good and didnt get us any offers. Greenfield sold pur house within a week and then when we lost our buyer they resold it withon another week or so. They also found us our dream home and we're very happy. I chose Greenfield to sell my home as they are well known for selling properties in my local area and had a good reputation. However, I was totally amazed that 3 days after signing their sole agency agreement they held a successful open day and had sold it !! There wasn't even enough time to put a For Sale board up. Elliott totally understood my requirements from the start and negotiated through the offers to find me the perfect buyers. Robyne kept me fully updated as the paperwork process was taking place and was regularly in touch with both myself and my buyers. Because of this, I completed 2 months later. A totally amazing service and I just can’t thank them enough.

I have used Greenfields in Tolworth to manage my flat for may years now. I can honestly say I do not know what I would have done without them. Marc Rees who manages the property is a gem. Nothing is too small for them to deal with or too much trouble. He is very conscientious and he will deal with anything and put your mind to rest. Over the years I have used may Managing Agents and they have been rubbish, but I cannot say that about Marc Rees, of Greenfields. Quite the opposite.

I brought a new build property through Greenfield whilst I was waiting for the property to be ready to move into there was a severe lack of communication. Every time I called the agent managing the development they were 'on another call' or 'out of the office' never once over a 5 month period did someone call me back. Then when my house was finally ready no one provided me with the phone number for the developer to arrange handover until I called on the morning of completion to ask what was happening. Very poor service.

What an incredible experience - selling my beloved home via Greenfield Estate Agents in Ewell Village. The level of contact and caring was exemplary. The process of conveyancing is never smooth and my own particularly not so! However I felt supported the whole way - all communication was welcomed and I was always informed as to how the situation was developing. I cannot thank Greenfields enough for their service and would highly recommend them to future clients.

A bunch of jokers! I had a viewing booked today at 11am, waited 20 minutes and the negotiator did not turn up. within that time I made 2 phone calls only to be told Pooja from the Surbiton office would be doing the viewing and will call her to find out where she was. I never received a call back and when I later called back to get to the bottom of this BS, I was told 'she was also there at 11am and I asked then why didn't she call me? only to be told " I cannot answer for her, I'm in Sales", by the woman in Greenfield's, Tolworth.
No wonder Greenfield's have had 2 branches closed recently and all thanks to Pooja for wasting my time.

We sold our flat in Surbiton in January 2019 through Greenfield and Daniel and his team were absolutely brilliant. We needed to sell the flat fast but given the slow housing market, we were prepared for it to be a long haul. Daniel was very keen to support us and promised us that he would do everything he could to help speed up the process - he and his team did exactly that and delivered on what he had promised! The team worked hard to prepare for the listing and as a result, we had viewings booked in on day one of the listing! By day 10 we were already under two offers! It was almost unbelievable that after barely two weeks on the market, we accepted an offer and sold our flat!
Communications was easy and smooth during the whole process. Daniel is obviously a very experienced adviser who provides excellent advice pre-sale, during the negotiation of an offer and after. His dedication and passion for the business also really helped boost our confidence. We could not have done it without Daniel and his team\'s professional services. If you need help sell or buy in Surbiton, look no further - they are highly recommended!

Greenfield Estate Agents has changed my opinion, in a good way... :)
In the last 12 years, I have dealt with various estate agents, which have lead to high stress points (even homeless for a week), whilst finding a new home and moving is already stressful... No wonder estate agents in general don't always have the best reputation.
We feel very lucky now that the properties we were interested in, were managed by them. From the get go of viewing places, putting in the offer and getting all the admin done in time, to the after care and correspondence, everything felt very prompt and organised.

Greenfield estate agents simply gave us the BEST experience of selling a home we could have wished for. Having bought & sold quite a few properties over the past 40 years I can honestly say we have never experienced a better estate agent.
We immediately felt on the same wavelength as the team member who valued our property & had no hesitation in instructing Greenfield.
The presentation of the property details & photos etc were perfect & produced very quickly ready to go on the market.
We were assigned Sarah M to look after the viewings, communicate with us with feedback etc. Sarah is absolutely amazing at her job - we felt totally relaxed with her overseeing everything & keeping us updated at all times. Nothing was ever too much trouble & Infact Sarah had a way of making us feel like we were her only clients - she always returned phone calls within minutes & emails with queries etc were answered in a highly professional manner at all times.
