During our search for a property to buy, we dealt with several estate agents and Thomas (Claiden-Sullivan) was head and shoulders above in terms of his willingness to assist, starting with sending us suitable properties to view and then with his helpful and friendly manner during the viewings themselves. He is prompt with his correspondence and nothing was too much trouble when we found a property we fell in love with. Thomas was very patient and understanding when it came to the numerous questions we then had and viewings we undertook!

Excellent support through entire sale process. I bought my property via Greenfield in 2016 and they were the front runner when I came to sell it this year. Property listing was thoughtfully considered to maximise the advantages with excellent images, communication on viewings was superb, feedback always prompt and honest, competitive fees and really invested in getting the right result for you. They know the local market inside out so years of experience help to inform the strategy around pricing, offer acceptance and progress. Particular thanks to Rhys, who during all viewings and post offer being accepted really pulled out all the stops to get it over the line as quickly as possible, always professional and incredibly responsive. Can’t fault the team who secured a great result for me in a very very challenging market.

We sold our flat in Surbiton in January 2019 through Greenfield and Daniel and his team were absolutely brilliant. We needed to sell the flat fast but given the slow housing market, we were prepared for it to be a long haul. Daniel was very keen to support us and promised us that he would do everything he could to help speed up the process - he and his team did exactly that and delivered on what he had promised! The team worked hard to prepare for the listing and as a result, we had viewings booked in on day one of the listing! By day 10 we were already under two offers! It was almost unbelievable that after barely two weeks on the market, we accepted an offer and sold our flat!
Communications was easy and smooth during the whole process. Daniel is obviously a very experienced adviser who provides excellent advice pre-sale, during the negotiation of an offer and after. His dedication and passion for the business also really helped boost our confidence. We could not have done it without Daniel and his team's professional services.
