The whole process of having the apartment vacated and decorated for new tenants was handled superbly by Adam with great efficiency and expertise. The tenant finding operation was very successfully achieved by Laurence & Phoebe and finally the administrative side was dealt without stress by Joseph. Overall a very positive and gratifying experience for me.

I was so pleased that I chose Greenfields to market and sell our property. From the first meeting with Sarah and subsequent dealings with Elliott I knew that I had made the right choice. They are very friendly, knowledgable and were very proactive in getting our property sold. Throughout the process there was great communication and they were instrumental in getting the chain of transactions connected with our sale progressing. Without their help I'm not sure we would have obtained the outcome that we did.<br>I would thoroughly recommend them.

Moving house is incredibly stressful, and a huge part of how smooth the process is depends on the estate agent you choose. From the very first meeting, Sarah and Elliott at Greenfield were fantastic and immediately put my mind at ease.
Sarah, in particular, was outstanding. She went far beyond what you would normally expect from an estate agent, working tirelessly to keep everything on track and to keep us informed at every stage. Her communication, reassurance, and attention to detail made a very stressful process much easier to manage.
If you are thinking about selling your home, I would absolutely recommend Greenfield. I have no hesitation in recommending them and would definitely use them again.
