I had a very good experience buying through Greenfields (Tolworth). I initially dealt with Elliott and then with Hayley. Both were excellent in communicating, always punctual and wanting to help. When I moved in, the oven was not working so I thought I would ask Greenfields as they previously managed it through lettings if they had any idea. On the same morning, Adam came round and resolved the issue. This is just one example of Greenfields providing exceptional service - I can't imagine many estate agencies would have done this for me. I am very pleased that the seller chose Greenfields as their estate agents - they are so much nicer than other agencies I've dealt with!

We have no hesitation in recommending Greenfields for the sale of your property. From the outset, we were reassured by their deep local knowledge, proven track record, and personable approach.
As this was a probate sale, Sarah was particularly sensitive to the emotional ties we had with the family home. She clearly understood the kind of buyer who would appreciate the house as a forever home, which meant a great deal to us.
There were no pushy sales tactics or unnecessary upselling, working with Greenfields felt more like dealing with trusted friends. Every piece of advice was grounded in real-world experience, and it was clear they genuinely cared about helping us achieve the outcome we hoped for.

Not sure if there has been a change of ownership/ management but having an awful service from Greenfields. Would not recommend or use again.

Hayley was fantastic in the whole process. Went very smooth. Sarah was great as well ir was Hayley who guided me through every step.

Hayley and Sarah plus the other staff make it a pleasure to buy and sell( not strictly true) but take a lot of the pressure off. They have been a great help during the sale and moving into my new home and continue with help afterwards. Regard both as friends now.
