We've been with James Anderson first as rental tenants and now as homeowners who use James Anderson to manage our property for us. The service has always been excellent! The folks at the Putney branch are great - but kudos to George for always being one quick email away! George really has gone above and beyond. Overall the whole JA family is great. From Erika in accounts, to Leigh (who has helped answer many random questions over the last two years), to William over in the Barnes branch who recently helped our new tenants move in, we are really pleased. Highly recommend!

The house we rented was managed by Leila from James Anderson. She was very responsive and made sure any issues in the house were promptly attended to. She also sorted all end of lease things in time for us. Highly recommend Leila and the whole JA team !

We have been with James Anderson for almost 10 years. As tenants, we couldn't be happier;whenever something needed to be sorted,it has been addressed promptly and effectively by George and especially Leigh.

James Anderson Estate agents was brilliant from start to finish. Two branches worked together as a very efficient and friendly team to find a buyer then Jack , the head of the Putney office took care of the sale. It was a very personal service and Jack was always quick to respond to messages if he wasn’t there in the office . I highly recommend them.
