Initially the service was a 5 however then began a lot of backwards and forwards movement reducing the mark to a 3. Moving in days were adjusted from late October to early November, by which time we had arranged to move out of our previous accommodation which then effectively left us homeless for a few days, thankfully our previous house mate made a concession and provided a roof over our heads for the 5 days. I was kind of hoping that James Anderson would try and make amends but there was not anything forthcoming, just a verbal apology, doesn't help homelessness. The other issue is that the accommodation was stated to be fully furnished, maybe my understanding of fully furnished needs updating, but there was nothing in the kitchen except two glasses, which means that we could not cook for the first night and the following morning. These were sort of the nasty surprises that one doesn't expect. Not sure that it counts but there was no TV, which I also assumed was fully furnished. Subsequently the service has been fantastic hence it is now at 4, redemption is on its way.

The team at James Anderson were helpful, attentive and friendly whilst we were searching for our property in Putney.
