These guys are the most dishonest agents I have ever had the displeasure of renting a property from. Continuous problems at the property (Drainage/Electricity) which at first they tried to say was our fault. The drainage problem led to a massive leak with raw sewage running down into the living room. Close to 3 months later and still nothing done about it. Didn't even send cleaners round. Have small Children in the house. At every stage Oliver and his team have passed the blame on to the landlord to which I'm sure some lies. This company are happy to take your money but if/when there is a problem they wont lift a finger to help. Currently waiting on the council to do an inspection and issue order to James Anderson to get the required works done

Hugh and Oliver in letting are both professional and personable. They delivered a sound contract on behalf of the landlord as well as a considerate service on behalf of the tenant.
