Proper estate agents who dispense sensible advice and deliver a quality service. To be fair I had a different perception prior to using them but this was quickly dispelled. They delivered what they promised and very unusually for me I felt that I got good value for money from the fee I paid.

We recently bought a property through James Anderson and the service was great. Mark Harrison from JA was very helpful and guided us through the complicated process of home buying. I would definitely recommend James Anderson to anyone who is looking at their portfolio of properties. Will certainly use their services in the future.

Getting the flat was easy and pain-free, We were taken to see a few different types of flats in different ranges and getting the confirmation and contracts signed was really quick. There were a few communication hiccups after the documents had been signed but they maybe have just been due to Xmas and new years breaks so far everything is sorted and going well. Love our new place!

Fantastic, friendly staff. Very fast process between instructing James Anderson and the property being Let. Would definitely recommend above any other agent. And they are now open 7 days a week. You can't work harder than that!

Totally not a good agency. Not helping on time they olny work for a Landlord not tenants. Total rubish. They do not tell you the truth when you having a view whether the house has such problem and once you move in they just delay so long time. They do not care tenant's right.
