Not serious. We booked a house visit with Barbara and we went around the neighbourhood for 20 minutes not being able to find the house. She had not left us her number and did not attempt to contact us. The agency office only answered after several attempts and did not provide her number either. Finally we found the house to visit but too late. Barbara did not even apologise and gave us 5mn only to view the house. An absolute waste of time and rude team.... Read more

Jade was really helpful with our search in Putney. She took the time to establish what we were looking for and only took us to places that fitted with our needs. This meant we weren't wasting time viewing places we weren't able to afford. She knew, in detail, about every property and was able to answer all our questions. Other estate agents clearly hadn't previously viewed the properties they took us to which meant they weren't able to answer our queries which was always frustrating. Jade was extremely patient with us and added a lot to our search. On one occasion we weren't sure what to do about two properties and she spent time (after working hours) to send us an email with pros and cons of each property. Had a surprisingly refreshing experience when sourcing a rental with the JA crew in Putney particularly given I am renowned for disliking real estate agents (take note Foxtons). Rima from JA looked after us and was LOVELY, professional, actually followed up on things and SHOCKINGLY was very honest in all of our dealings/correspondence. Weird for London! She managed to broker a deal between ourselves and a landlord when both of us were really stuck and tight on time. Her efforts were really appreciated and we ended up getting a rather common sense result where everyone got what they needed... again, shocking for London. She has also followed up several times to see how we are settling in if there was anything else we needed which was not required, but very app'd.
