We have just moved into our new rental property from overseas and our experience with Tucker Gardner, specifically with Harriet has been absolutely amazing. She worked with us to secure a property while we were living abroad and never missed a beat! She was so responsive to all of our queries and was able to answer any question we had - or find the right person to do so. On top of that, she is just as lovely in person as she is over correspondence. We really felt like we hit the jackpot with her as our agent. Thank you to Harriet and team - we are so happy in our new place. ??

TERRIBLE
Lacking in expertise, experience and professional manner.
Poor communication and sloppy attention to detail. Any communication will be abundant in mistakes regarding property or correspondence.
SIMPLY AVOID!

Tucker Gardner provided a dirty flat during checkin. After 2 years of stay, they decided to cut deposit for issues which were pre-existing. Just shear greed or Heather Wood trying to save her job as 'Deposit Specialist'. Whatever, I hope you are happy with 15£ deposit, awarded to you by my|deposit Disputes.
