It has been a pleasure to deal with Harriet. I was genuinely surprised by the level of customer service we were provided as it made us feel important in the eyes of the agent. Viewing and application to the property was smooth and they answered all our questions when asked. We were in a hurry to get a new place due to certain circumstances and the cleaner had not visited our new place yet but we were more than happy to clean the property ourselves even thought we were offered that a cleaner will come if we wanted so. Couple days later we did ask if it would still be possible to arrange a cleaning for certain things and this was no problem. I would highly recommend this agency branch all due to my personal experience with them so far even thought it has not been long.... Read more
