Vickery - Lightwater

Earlier this year, we (my cats and I) put our 4-bedroom Lightwater home on the market. Initially, this was through Chancellors but was subsequently changed to Vickery. Each agency has an office in the village, both organised good photography, both marketing routes provided a multitude of viewings and both teams have good and helpful negotiators. The two organisations, however, are not the same. To us, this became obvious in terms of management style, commission level, legal services alternatives, feedback options, degree to which the whole truth is told up front, number of offers received and end result. Our experience was that Vickery came out top in all seven areas. Often, it was not close. Sincere thanks and a huge WELL DONE are therefore due to Richard, Claire, Tom and Lana in particular. There is much more that could be said here, but I have likely bored everyone enough by now. Bottom line: Selling your home is not just about a destination, the journey is equally important. The How as well as the What. For those who prefer to travel first class at sensible prices, rather than the other way round, my firm recommendation is Vickery.

Have been using Vickery Estate Agents to let my 4 bedroom property for the past 6 years and cannot fault them. Have had 3 very good tenants, now on 4th and in each case the property was let straight away. All management issues are dealt with efficiently and professionally. First class, thank you everyone at Vickery!
