Vickery's were excellent throughout the process. Toby & Ollie were particularly Good, all over the sale with constant updates, even if there was no change. Working along side "Specialist Property Lawyers" was smooth & seamless on our side. "Vidya Karia" was amazing. She is devastating as a Paralegal, and you would always want her on your side in a House Sale transaction. Also our Lawyer, Heidi Weller who would have backed up Vidya. The all in package is well worth it and very cost effective. One thing is clear from my buyer, using cut price Conveyancing Company's dosen't work. My buyer needs to learn this. Genuinely don’t think we could’ve got through the sale of our first home — and the onward purchase — without the support from the West End office. Toby has been fantastic throughout - his frequent update calls have kept us in the loop and reassured us every step of the way. Avoid, avoid, avoid! After a very promising start with Vickery we were let down by very poor communication and an error which ended up costing us thousands of pounds extra in storage and AirBnB fees. We were told that the probate on the property we were buying was already sorted, only to find out less than two weeks before completing the sale of our property that probate had not yet been granted. Either they did not know the situation or they knew and just wanted to secure the deal, eaither way it was handled poorly. Constantly had to chase for updates despite being told we would receive them regularly, they made what is an already stressful situation significanlty worse.... Read more
