After a number of unsuccessful attempts and poor service from other estate agents we decided to use Vickery. I can confidently say they are the best estate agents in Camberley. Richard and the whole team were always very accommodating and supportive with whatever I needed. Multiple visits to my new house to take measurements, every request was met with a yes, no problem. If you are looking to sell your house call Richard at Vickery, you don’t be disappointed.

Never did I think I would need to put something like this in our modern age. Non passive racism is the biggest thing I can say. I have worked in an estate agency but owner of home was angry to see us and neither did agent help very much. Booked in for a viewing that was never booked! Absolutely avoid if you are educated and do not care about one’s colour

My wife and I recently completed the sale of our property using the integrated solution offered by Vickery and Specialist Property Lawyers.<br><br>There was a large team involved from the start, provided excellent advice on the pricing and sales strategy, organising and leading viewings, supporting us in the final negotiations on the purchase price, procuring the energy certificate, resolving search questions, etc, to ultimately selling the house and the team at Vickery were integral in shepherding the numerous other parties involved in the chain to ensure that we completed everything as quickly as possible.<br><br>At every step we felt informed and involved where appropriate.<br><br>There are too many very good people involved to name everyone, but there were also a few standout individuals who were involved in almost every step, these were - Edward Whitaker - team leader, Matt Bozier - able LT when Edward was not around, Vidya Karia - Para-legal and Lorraine Down - Conveyancer.<br><br>So would we use Vickery and Specialist Property Lawyers again? Where do I even begin? The terrible quality of the place, the fact nothing was fixed. The complete hell of being served a section 21, the unexpected viewings nobody was emailed about or the clear breach of GDPR! living in a place that was up for sale with so much Chinese whispers and being kept in the dark, imagine waking up to find estate agents walking into your room! Not even to mention trying to take the wifi out whilst you have paying tenants. Will steer clear for the future.

When we wanted to put our house on the market we spoke to a number of estate agents but Vickery impressed us the most as they weren't pushy and were open to negotiation on fees. Within a week of marketing the property we had accepted an asking price offer and although there was some to-ing and fro-ing with the buyer it was all well managed. Joshua Allen called us every week with an update or just to check in which was great. I even used his example when speaking to our vendor's agent who seemed to be very hands-off with his clients and could not provide updates. The sale (and purchase) took 6 months but Vickery were very helpful, friendly and professional throughout. Online estate agents may be cheaper but you don't get the service you would from Vickery. More than happy to recommend.

Renting a property through Vickery was a frustrating experience. We had a very good agent who transferred to a number of different agents which resulted in duplicate activities, documentation not shared with the landlord and a more cumbersome process of verification. We had to very proactive and do most of the work ourselves in getting the right documents and pushing the referencing process.<br>The check-in and itinerary was a complete disaster as we had no check over with the agent, issues with the property were not deemed Vickery's problem and we were palmed off to the landlord. We are in the property with the issues still unattended. The transfer of money and keys was haphazard and difficult to navigate causing lots of confusion and frustration. I was hoping for a smooth managed transition, this I didn't get.

Moved in one of the properties that they have for rental and it’s been 4 months and still haven’t solved the leak that happened when we moved in . And there’s mould that we have to deal with everyday being dangerous for our health as well but they don’t seem to care. We are supposed to pay in the included price for a garage that we can’t use as there’s no key to lock it and it’s a risk that everything we deposit there to be stolen!! Same , saying that is going to be solved but never received an answer back to what going to happen with it. Not recommending at all !! ???????????????????????????????????????????????? Staff always cutting corners instead of doing their job! Saying on the website that they are open till 5pm but when calling in the agency (2pm) no one picks up the phone and there’s no one inside neither!! ?????????????
