Jordan and the whole team at Vickery were amazing when we sold our house. We bought the property through them 5 years ago and were so happy with our purchase journey that we went straight to them to sell the house as well. We had a very positive experience with Vickery throughout the process of selling our house.
Jordan was absolutely delightful, always professional, approachable, and consistently kept us updated throughout the process.
Sarah, Sophie and Ryan were so friendly, helpful, and supportive.
We would highly recommend the “All in One Package.” The team at Specialist Property Lawyers were excellent as well, particularly Shimron. Communication between both teams was seamless, which helped ensure a smooth sale.

Not a great experience - spoke to lady on the phone who was not overly helpful. Was not able to give a rough commission % because apparently they don’t do this over the phone. This is fine but have spoke to multiple other estate agents that have been a lot more helpful and have told us if they are able to match the % rate of the current estate agent we are with, or at least give a rough estimate % before organising an appointment to visit us.
Didn’t want to waste ours, or their time by scheduling an appointment for them to come out and then find out that it is a high commission rate, for us to then not go ahead. Just a little bit frustrating.

Unfortunately Vickery were unable to sell our property, despite us agreeing to significantly drop the price compared to their original valuation. The team were professional and polite without feeling like they really pushed to sell our property.
