Choosing White and Sons to manage my flat letting is one of the best decisions I've ever made. All the staff are unfailingly professional and helpful. Whether dealing with routine administrative matters or urgent repairs, they respond quickly and efficiently, all the time remaining calm. I've had amazing support, especially last year from Nikki and more recently from Megan. Knowing they're taking care of everything is very reassuring. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

It has been a great experience with the White & Sons Dorking branch. They have always been very helpful before and during the tenancy. Special mention and thanks to Megan Ayling. She is a superstar. She was very accommodating with the last minute change for the property inspection and super quick in sorting out the boiler issue.
Full 5 stars to her and the entire Dorking branch.

We let a property in Limpsfield which is managed by the Oxted office of White and Sons. We have found them to be 100% professional and thorough. In particular I would like to mention Megan, who goes above and beyond to assist landlords to maintain their properties in good order. Thank you Megan.

The team are very professional and valued my property at the right price ( the same as 3 others) . They advertise on all the main sites and we had quite a few viewings. Two offers and are now sold subject to contract. There were minor communications issues but once we clarified that they have been excellent at getting back to us with any issues and have always responded to emails or calls promptly
