Really good service. The manager is very helpful. I am very happy with the management and I would like to stay with the same agency to renew my contract.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this agency. DO NOT UTILISE THEIR SERVICES! Myself and 3 other students were planning to rent out a house. We found a 4-bedroom house that we thought was perfect. We were told to put our deposit down (around £220 - ON THE DAY) which all 4 of us did happily and things seemed like they were going great. Then, we were told all that we had one week to complete the paper work and send it off (no clue what this rush was for?!). On the 5th day, we all managed to complete the paperwork (bearing in mind all 4 of us were in separate countries at this point trying to scan and send documents). All of a sudden, I received a call that the landlord has denied us because we 'didn't hand the paperwork in ontime'. We were absolutely stunned. We asked for our deposits back which totalled £880+ but they claimed it was totally non-refundable! This was a complete SCAM! We felt they used our student status to bully us into handing in a deposit, and then REJECTING US for NO VALID REASON! making them take £880+ free! I cannot believe such a thing happened and I do not recommend AT ALL you experience this too. These people will have a bad agenda so do not use them! believe us!
