The worst letting agency ever. They are not able to help with the serious issues like leaking. The condition of the properties which they rent are in very bad conditions.

Update after involving the council’s environmental health repairs have magically started and mould has been treated
Worst estate agent in slough who clearly don’t know what there doing and lie through there teeth..I wouldn’t even give them one star..we have complained about mould since 2022 instead of correcting the issues they leave it and let the problem grow more and more and then as for the landlord asking for a rent increase when she can’t even do simple repairs see attached Photos

We have been trying to sell our flat since April 2023 with another agent but no luck. Then we managed to part exchange our flat with a very well know developer who backed out to our disappointment. But then Sarah from B Simmons contacted us that they have a few offers on our flat, as they were initially appointed by the developer. I decided to accept one of the offer and guess what, this was the best decision we made. Sarah, Chloe & Amy were very professional and always managed our expectations and calmed our anxious feelings. They managed to communicate very well and are very approachable and always there to support. We are now in our new home thanks to your support with selling our existing property. Thank you ladies.

I contacted them four times (!) and still didn't get response. They promised me to call back four times. And after a week time, property that I wanted to book was gone. Thank you for ignoring your customers. If I could give 0/5, I would give 0.
