I decided to invite B Simmons to come and value my home as they are not a big chain of estate agents that are all over the country and I do believe in using local businesses, Amy came out first and was very knowledgeable about the area and really put us at ease, she went through each stage that would happen and was very patient with all our questions and concerns.
When the viewing was being arranged we were kept updated at all times with days and times and then also feedback, the app that B Simmons use is also very helpful with all the information especially with how your sale is going with all the stages.
Sarah then took over with the progression of our sale and would keep in touch with any updates and be there to help with any concerns or queries we had.
We were very happy with all the help and guidance that the whole team at B Simmons gave us, we do feel that they did go that extra mile to help. We would definitely recommend them, they are all so caring and helpful with anything that you need, thank you all so much.

Worst estate agent in slough who clearly don’t know what there doing and lie through there teeth..I wouldn’t even give them one star..we have complained about mould since 2022 instead of correcting the issues they leave it and let the problem grow more and more and then as for the landlord asking for a rent increase when she can’t even do simple repairs see attached Photos

We have been trying to sell our flat since April 2023 with another agent but no luck. Then we managed to part exchange our flat with a very well know developer who backed out to our disappointment. But then Sarah from B Simmons contacted us that they have a few offers on our flat, as they were initially appointed by the developer. I decided to accept one of the offer and guess what, this was the best decision we made. Sarah, Chloe & Amy were very professional and always managed our expectations and calmed our anxious feelings. They managed to communicate very well and are very approachable and always there to support. We are now in our new home thanks to your support with selling our existing property. Thank you ladies.

I had my contract with a different estate agent from high street last year who promised me a lot of things but never delivered and i wasted 4 months with them until i moved to B Simmons & Son, it was a great decision to move with them .
I would definitely recommend B Simmons & Son, specially when we all know how stressful selling and buying a house can be, this is the estate agency who can take the stress away from you.

Called their sales department for a property located on Tuns Lane and they refused even to have a viewing appointment! They ask for agreement in principle before even setting up a viewing on the property. They just try to ruin your credit score... shame on them...
Beware! Avoid at any costs!
Update: I was on the phone with one of their menagers: Mrs Sarah C. and she was very polite by explaining the full situation for that property.
They just need to make sure that you're really interested to buy their properties, and taking with pottential buyers that actually have full finances available.
Hope we will be able to sort this deal out!

I can TRUST the paper work which they did whether its offline or online (+1 star)
Received flat in good condition except some issue :) (can ignore) for which adding +1 stars.
Issue is issue till it's not resolved but B Simmons provide the good RESPONSE to resolve it which adding +1 more star.
+1 more star for Joslyn ma'am, who's not just listen but also RESOLVed issue if any.
-2 star - some issues taking about 3 months to resolved and some are still pending but in area they are best
A year almost over and we are HAPPY (except some) with B Simmons & Son service.

In the last few weeks, my family had been watching the apartments in the Ambassador House, every time homeless people were sitting at the entrance to the building, drinking alcohol. I bought a property through B simmons and Sons, to start with I was dealt with Mr Leigh very unprofessional person i can say, never replies back to the calls or email. If someone dealing with him will advise to have everything in written because Mr leigh verbal statements is of no value because he can change his statement whenever needed. After Leigh my case was handled by Sarah very professional and organised lady who made things happen for me . She was very responsive with the emails and calls 2 stars only because of Her otherwise Mr leigh doesn't deserve any star.
