Interestingly, I had originally given a better review for Bsimmons immediately after my move-in. Since the day1 of my stay in the new property, I'm deeply disappointed and frustrated with the lack of response and poor quality response I received from this agent. There were things that needed immediate attention such as no electricity / lights in some key parts of the house. It took almost a dozen emails and double the number of phone calls for the agent to finally resolve some of the issues. Rest of the issues are still not addressed, even after more than two months!

The Sales agent would simply send me to the Maintenance person and end of the day neither of them takes any action! I have never come across an estate agent in this country who is so non responsive and constantly ignores the customer complaints.

Note: I gave sufficient time (several weeks) for the agent to resolve the issues before I posted this negative review. I didn't want to discourage a local business and wanted to make sure they had amble opportunity to resolve the issues. Unfortunately it looks like they simply don't care about a tenant once the lease agreement is signed and their payments are secured.

Team at B Simmons has been a true professional estate agency. During my transaction, I have had a chance to work with Matt Byrne and Rorhan. Matt was very proactive in communicating back and forth with me and the vendor.
Matt kept well informed about our schedule appointments while Rorhan patiently carried out the viewing on the day of the appointment. Matt did a prompt followup answered all our concerns in a timely manner that enabled us to make an offer.  Matt was instrumental in organizing the conveyance solicitor who were proactive to act for us who expedite the legal process. I highly recommend B Simmons if you are buying or selling properties in and around Berkshire you will be looked after and they provide a star service. I wish Matt Byrne & Team B Simmons thumbs UP :-)

I chose B Simmons as they are a well established local company with excellent reviews. I made a good choice! I contacted their Langley office on a Tuesday, Rorhan Madhan attended the very next day. He took photographs and listened to our requirements and onward plans. He was suitably attired in gloves, mask and shoe coverings - none of which were removed during our conversation. Rorhan explained fees and procedures satisfactorily. All contract and legal documents were emailed that afternoon and the property uploaded to the website by Wednesday. A viewing was booked for Friday and a subsequent offer made and accepted the same day. Excellent work Rorhan - no time wasters or inappropriate viewings. We are more than satisfied with the service and standards of Simmons and particularly Rorhan. Definitely recommend this old school professional company.
