Having worked with multiple estate agents to get my flat sold, I was very happy with B Simmons in Langley. Rather than convince me that I should be selling at a lower price after months of no interest or updates (like other estate agents) B Simmons gained interest within the first 1-2 weeks of my flat being listed (thanks to Ben Wealands who understood the value and quality of our property and that the economic timing was simply bad previously with new mortgage fluctuations). Once we received interest, Emily Roy really helped stick to a reasonable sale price despite receiving some insulting haggling/ counter offers which was really appreciated. She picked up the phone whenever I called (Or Debbie and Ben would answer if she was out of office) and answered any questions I had. If unsure she would always advise me on how to find out. Furthermore the solicitors B Simmons recommended to us were very quick and efficient. We had been informed by several solicitors that it can take up to 6 months for a flat completion to go through - we had this happen within about 2-3 months!... Read more

I contacted B Simmons (Langley office) in the summer, as I needed to sell my house and I had noticed that they had recently sold 2 houses on my road. Charlie came to value the property and when we were ready, he came to take professional photographs of our house. We needed a quick sale and even before Charlie had a chance to market our house, he arranged a few viewings with prospective buyers.
