I wouldn’t recommend this agency. Just avoid it.
They keep begging for positive reviews, that’s why they’ve so misleading profiles on every rating site.
The viewings are professional, the communication is okay before signing the contract, however they keep asking for positive reviews whenever they solve a problem, so I think their positive reviews are not trustworthy. After signing the contract, the communication change, it’s usually either poor or passive aggressive. I didn’t get proper inventory and evidence of meters/the flat’s condition, in the contract they included that I can’t change utility providers even though I’m paying the bills, not the landlord. Maintenance is not properly taken care of, I have complaints/maintenance requests unanswered for about 3 months and they disregard their own complaint procedure. The utility billing is also questionable, I get invoices on my own name by a provider and on the invoice Centrick is named as the company I’ve to pay my utility bills for.
I got to the point where I’ve no other option but trying to resolve the issues through the Property Ombudsman, asking for direct contact with the landlord and also requesting the early termination of the rental agreement. I wonder what tricky ways they still have to avoid being accountable for the mistakes and poor service they provide.
It’s a waste of money and incredibly nerve racking to deal with this agency.
