I would advise not to rent with these agents. Lots of issues wrong with the property very much like the other reviews on rentals the communication is not good. The contractors that are used to do the work are not reliable. And when you report issues no one answers you via the reporting website you have to chase constantly. Really stressful. I would also mention the first part getting you in the property was excellent and extremely efficient. However maintenance issues absolute nightmare.

I thought the solihull team we’re very friendly and professional. Especially Elaine who was very complementary on my home and extremely enthusiastic to sell my property . However we decided to withdraw our property at the moment but we would have no hesitation in contacting Centrick again . Big thank you to everyone especially Elaine for bubbly personality and doing the best at her job .

They may be alright at selling... I don't know. But when renting from them, they are appalling. They didn't respond to any issue you raise. I had a faulty boiler my entire duration. It eventually conked out and they didn't fix it. They hadn't cleaned the property properly before moving in. They tried to falsely charge me things upon leaving. They did not sort the garden until I pointed out the neighbours could sue them. They didn't always give 24 hrs notice before inspections. They are shocking! I could list many more issues I had with them too!

Appalling terms, tell you there are damages which are just normal wear and tear, nothing you would worry about with any other rented property, try to charge you for cleaning charges which are extortionate. They're awful, I've never experienced anything like it and have rented multiple properties - avoid like the plague!

Booked viewings and the estate agent never turned up - or responded to calls/emails. Incredibly unprofessional service over the phone. Please stay away from this estate agent - unprofessional and very poor quality service and value. Really disappointed by them.

firstly i asked to have a virtual viewing and they said yes okay but i never received the video and when i call to ask why they said my details were not on the system, the cheek!! i decide to book an actual viewing because that would be the only way i would be able to see it and they confirmed my appointment. i travelled three hours only to get a call from them 40 mins before the viewing time that someone is “out sick” and she was not able to leave. i think this is a lie and they were just plain lazy. i wasted so much money and time on that day. their communication skills are poor and you have to chase them for answers
