Please be careful and exercise due diligence when buying a property. Unfortunately this company, or in particular this branch are not honest people. They have unlawfully advertised a property property as a 3 bedroom house. A full building survey revealed this property could only be marketed legally as a 2 bedroom house for various reasons. Had this information been disclosed from the start, my interest would have been ended. Instead a lot of time and money was wasted (around £1000 for a full building survey) for me to find this out. This information would have been known by the seller and especially the estate agent (supposisedly very experienced ). Still, Sharon maintained this wasn't an issue and that I should still proceed to buy a house, paying the value of a three bedroom house for a two bedroom house. Very intimidating and persistent emails/calls were made to pressure me into buying. Unfortunately, their commission is far more important to them then helping their customers make the right decision. Huge regret with dealing with such dishonest people with no integrity.

Absolutely shocking "service" from these charlatan agents. As a tenant who tries to keep a property clean and tidy and pays rent on time, every time, I expect better service. No matter how serious a problem is, or how long it's gone on for, SAINT PROPERTY DON'T DEAL WITH IT. Sure, they'll send tradesmen to quote, but that's where it ends. Chase them up a few weeks later, and if you're lucky you'll get another tradesman to come and quote. This will go on for MONTHS. I know you'll find this hard to believe, but it's ENTIRELY TRUE. During the "beast from the east" in 2018, we were left for a total of 15 days without heat or hot water while the landlady was given the liberty of waiting for the best quote to fix the boiler. NEVER were we asked if we were ok, offered alternative heat sources, NOTHING. When I asked about a goodwill gesture of a reduction of the rent for this period, you can guess the answer....
We decided to sell our house late last year and after Richard came to value the property, we chose Express Sales, the photos that Richard took were very good and we had a lot of interest immediately. It is worth noting that whilst they looked good, they were not the misleading wide angle shots that lead to disappointment when you see the property in the flesh, just photos that showed the property at its best.
Kerry handled the sale for us and she been excellent. We have not had a straightforward sale or buy and Kerry has worked tirelessly to keep things running smoothly, communication has always been first rate and we would like to thank her for all of her efforts.
The most important thing is that Express Sales lived up to their name; we had a lot of viewings and we sold our house within a couple of weeks (both times), they got the right people in to view the property, they knew what we wanted for it and ensured that prospective buyers were realistic in their offers. I would thoroughly recommend Express Sales to anyone selling a house, thanks again guys!
Express Sales were great. I often wonder why estate agent fees are so high but they were definitely worth it. They were efficient and effective and made the whole process work.
Brad & Kerry urged me to allow them to market my flat for the bank holiday and had sold it within the week. As with a lot of leasehold properties, our management company were very slow to provide the necessary information, the buyer became inpatient, Express Sales kept him calm and kept everything on track.
I found FHP Living, and in particular Jane Dixon, very responsive and helpful as a first time property buyer. It was easy to arrange a viewing and during the viewing Jane made every attempt to answer all my questions. I was very pleased with the service and found Jane a useful point of contact during the home buying process. I have and will continue to recommend FHP Living as an estate agent based on my positive experience.

Very happy with the service we received, staff are very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
Try to avoid renting properties from them, Royston and Lund try to deduct every penny of your deposit from you. I have lived at this apartment for 6 years, there should be reasonable wear and tear. Instead, they charge me £708.00 for cleaning, which it is ridiculous and unacceptable. They even hire the cleaners to carry out the work without informing you. I believe I have the right to know the quotation from the cleaners. A little apartment took the cleaners 36 hours to do the job. I wonder at what pace they did the job.
In addition, I had inspection every 3 months, and I always kept the apartment tidy, had some problems with the lights and bathtub, and I was told they would send someone to fix them, but never came. In the end, they just added all the costs on.
If you rent a property from them, please bear in mind you must keep the property condition exactly the same as you moved in.
