Great experience with Elizabeth Davenport’s tenant finding service (May 2024). We had advertised with another agent for 2 months with no luck. Eliz Davenport found us excellent tenants within 2 weeks of advertising with them. Carol Garrity was our agent and she was excellent, always available and approachable, and confident that she would find us someone, which she did. Fees are slightly higher than other agents, but worth it when off-setting against lost rental income from having an empty property.

We used Elizabeth Davenport to buy our house and after renovating it we used them again for letting it out.
Our experience with Michael throughout the purchase was first class. He kept in touch throughout without being pushy and was extremely understanding when there were complications.
Then following renovation we contacted Elizabeth Davenport again and we were introduced to Carol. Carol led us through the letting process with enthusiasm and commitment. She resolved issues promptly and nothing was too much trouble. She found suitable tenants extremely quickly and carried out the process to the point of them moving in also very quickly.
We would definitely recommend Elizabeth Davenport.
