I was a long-term tenant in a property managed by Maguire Baylis and got to know the team at Shortlands. They’re very friendly, responsive and professional. I recently purchased the flat I had been renting and they were very helpful throughout the sale process too. I would definitely use Maguire Baylis again if I decide to rent out or sell my flat in future. They are trustworthy and genuine. Five stars from me!

We bought our home through Homezone (now Maguire Baylis) and completed in June 2023. From the first call with Neil, viewing with Debra and working with Tina and Wendy, they were absolutely fantastic. Positive and fast to reply, they are very easy to work with and helped at every stage. Maguire Baylis are unique in that they are always one step ahead and genuinely care, which makes the whole process so much easier. Thank you again.
