I wouldn’t do business with this team. We had a leak from a flat above us (which they manage) and the customer service they demonstrated, in urgent situations, was lacking. Should I sell my flat or rented, I would definitely go with someone else so one needs to do their homework before taking any decision regarding employing Homezone to manage their property; the last thing one needs, is a rude realtor.... The best decision we made when putting our house up for sale in March 2021 was choosing Parker Scott as our estate agent. Throughout the whole process, Esther went above and beyond our expectations in the level of support and guidance she provided, and we honestly believe that without her experience and expertise, our sale would not have gone through. We had several issues that came up that were outside our control and that caused delays in the progression of the chain, and the pressure everyone felt from the stamp duty deadline worsened the situation considerably. Esther kept us fully informed at every stage and responded to every email and message we left promptly with invaluable advice and reassurance. She was proactive in contacting other parties in the chain, chasing actions when necessary and ensuring that each setback was dealt with effectively and the sale was able to progress. I have been renting properties with Esther and the team of Parker Scott since 2015. My experience has been nothing short of professional and satisfying from the beginning. My family and I are entering our 3rd year at our 3rd property through them and the smoothness of transfers, processes and communication has never been an issue. Any problems we've had at the properties had been dealt with to the best of their abilities, dependent on our Landlords - I can easily say this due to the quickness of things being resolved. In a nutshell, I cannot fault them with anything really... we get and are still today getting the service we expect and deserve as paying tenants. I have seven properties Parker Scott manages . I have always found them honest straight forward and go out of their way to sort out any problems. Rent has always been paid on time from all seven tenants. I have very little need to contact Parker Scott as they deal with everything for me which is what you need from a great agent! I began renting a property from Parker Scott 13 months ago. We were lied to about multiple things including a parking space which is non-existant and a "quiet" area although it feels like we live in a school playground. Called the agency to ask for advice regarding a heating issue and were told to just "buy a heater if you're that cold" Esther is very patronising and has no time to help her customers. Will not be using Parker Scott again. 1 star is too much.... Read more

Lied to us about multiple things when we moved in and are condescending when we phone up to complain saying we signed the agreement.
