The team is very nice getting you to sign a contract once youre with them. They are the least helpful people. Once i left the flat despite confirming everything with them they went back on their word and added random nonsenseical expenses. I was added to an email chain with the landlord and it was quite obvious imagine was trying to take advantage of both the tenant and the landlord. I would never recommend them for renting or property management. PLEASE BE CAFEFUL WITH THESE CROOKS

I have been meaning to leave this review for a while! I would like to give a special thank you to Ellie.W & Orrin from the lettings team.
I have had interactions with both at different stages of the lettings process & they make you feel like a human and not a number on a tenancy list.
This is my first time renting and I have had no real idea about the process. We are currently moving & Imagine continue to be extremely helpful throughout. Thank you Ellie.W, Orrin & the lettings team.

Dealing with imagine has always been easy and hassle free. Ellie has always been efficient and responsive with anything I need. Ellie explains the full process and all details of the property inclusive of bills and estimates. This will be my second experience renting with imagine and I’m pleased to be returning.

We recently completed a house purchase via Imagine and we have to say their support throughout the process was outstanding.
Amir was unbelievably helpful in helping us get our offer over the line. He even helped us out with formalising the sale of our place which was happening via a different estate agent, going the extra mile to help us get to the point where we were proceed-able on our purchase.
Then once our offer was accepted we were handed over to Katie who managed our purchase on behalf of Imagine and continued in going the extra mile throughout the entire process. Katie provided us with clear direction on what we needed to do an when, provided regular updates and was always there to pick up the phone whenever we had questions. Like Amir, she was even happy to offer advice on our separate sale. I can't understate how helpful (and reassuring) Katie's advice was.
Katie was also incredibly proactive and willing to do anything she could to help the purchase process along. On several occasions she called various parties on my behalf for updates and to answer questions, as I was unable to due to during work times. This made my life much easier!
My overall impression of Imagine is that they are proactive and always willing to do whatever they can to support their clients, so I'd definitely consider them for any future sales/purchases.
