Paul Markey unfortunately let the team down. I’m presuming he’s just started his career so his inexperience has resulted in some poorly judged, unprofessional behaviour. Real shame as we initially liked Paul and mentioned giving them more business in the future yet definitely one to avoid now sadly.
Context - We decided to proceed with another property that was on sale with a different estate agent instead of Paul’s property. He wasn’t happy…
“Thank you for wasting my time and also now having to have a very awkward conversation with my owner…. Lets hope for your sake you don’t get messed around like we have but if there is such a thing as property karma it may well happen.
Think we can end this here”

We recently completed a house purchase via Imagine and we have to say their support throughout the process was outstanding.
Amir was unbelievably helpful in helping us get our offer over the line. He even helped us out with formalising the sale of our place which was happening via a different estate agent, going the extra mile to help us get to the point where we were proceed-able on our purchase.
Then once our offer was accepted we were handed over to Katie who managed our purchase on behalf of Imagine and continued in going the extra mile throughout the entire process. Katie provided us with clear direction on what we needed to do an when, provided regular updates and was always there to pick up the phone whenever we had questions. Like Amir, she was even happy to offer advice on our separate sale. I can't understate how helpful (and reassuring) Katie's advice was.
Katie was also incredibly proactive and willing to do anything she could to help the purchase process along. On several occasions she called various parties on my behalf for updates and to answer questions, as I was unable to due to during work times. This made my life much easier!
My overall impression of Imagine is that they are proactive and always willing to do whatever they can to support their clients, so I'd definitely consider them for any future sales/purchases.

We received a fantastic service from the team at Imagine from the start of the process to the completion of the sale. Our house was sold within one week of putting it to market, with viewings being booked before we had even had the photographs taken. The whole team were warm, friendly and professional, providing feedback after the viewings. Paul was particularly helpful providing support to our buyers who were purchasing for the first time. Once we had accepted an offer the sales progression moved things along at a good pace, keeping us informed throughout the journey.

It felt like he did not want to be here to value my property (he came here at short notice, but he could had said he didn't have the time, as I got the day mixed up). Our property was on the market for a number of months with other estate agents before we took the decision to move it over to Imagine earlier this year. The difference between other estate agents we had dealt with and Imagine was obvious from day 1 - their communication, organisation, professionalism and enthusiasm was fantastic from the start! There were no surprise visits, we always knew the status, viewings were scheduled with notice, feedback from the viewings was prompt and in the end they managed to secure the right buyer too!
We have a relatively niche property, lovely, but niche, and it therefore definitely needed the right buyer at the right time. Daniel Schultz managed to secure that perfect buyer for us which we are truly grateful for!!

Honestly Lee, Paul has been truly amazing for me over my ordeal of searching for the perfect property.
I have been looking for a property for over a year now and Paul has been with me all the way.

I have had a long journey with Imagine to sell my property, and their service has been great throughout the process. The property was under offer within a couple of weeks of it being on the market, and although we lost our first buyer at the eleventh hour, they were extremely quick to get it back on the market and once again we were under offer in a very short space of time. Imagine have been absolutely amazing for us. We decided to put our house on the market at the beginning of March when we initially went up with another estate agents local to the area. We were with them for 8 weeks and the process was awful, we were losing hope so we took a leap of faith moving to Imagine and it was the best move that we could have made and it exceeded any expectations we had. We had 5 times more viewings in the first 2 weeks than we had with the previous estate agent in 7 weeks and the communication regarding feedback and any updates was outstanding. We were kept updated regularly and was never made to feel like I was pestering or ever asking too much, someone was always happy to answer our questions. All of the team are so friendly, approachable and reassuring; particularly Paul and Danny who were so good to us. Imagine took all of the stress and hassle away and made it an exciting and smooth process.. and here we are with an offer after just two weeks on their books. I honestly can not recommend them enough, so professional but relatable too. We put our house on the market with Imagine in February 2017, almost immediately 4 very smart Imagine employees descended on the property, advising us of market value (£15,000) more than a local estate agent, taking photos, explaining the process and giving us tips on how we could increase the chances of a quick sale. The house was visible on all media’s within 2 days. 2 days later there were 15 prospective buyers lined up to view. A further 2 days and we had agreed a sale £5,000 above the asking price. The process from selling to moving took 6 months as the chain became rather large but throughout the process Paul from the Imagine Garston office kept us up to date of progress and put us at ease when we had concerns we might lose our buyer due to the problems further up the chain. We had a house to sell in Hemel Hempstead and had used 2 local Estate Agents in the town who both had good reputations. The first simply wasn't particularly interested and the second just wanted us to keep dropping the price until it would be enough of a bargain to a purchaser.
I know MIke Cole the owner of Imaging Estate Agents Group and his team at Imagine WD25 led by Jason Baker, and although they were out of the area, they gave an honest assessment of the likelihood of a sale.
Jason led the team and was present at a few viewings before handing over to Jake and eventually Chris Mullen who we mostly dealt with. The viewing were always with one of the three, never "weekend" staff so they had a good knowledge of the property and location. They always gave feedback after the viewings and when an acceptable offer was made, they guided the whole process with thorough professionalism and care. Chris in particular was superb in letting us know what was happening every step of the way.
Imagine Estate Agents are really a huge step ahead of their competition in delivering exceptional levels of customer service to their customers and I would have no hesitation in recommend them to everyone I know.

She went out of her way to make sure everyone in the chain was on the same wave length, definitely put in the extra hours to secure the sale and keep all customers happy.
Sold the house through another agent but it was Tej doing all the ringing around making sure everybody was updated weekly.

I have no qualms in pointing out when things are; incorrect, over-priced or where service is sub standard. So it is fair to do the same when things are the opposite.
Josh on the lettings side is "extremely" good and an a real asset to Imagine and the WD25 office. He is patient, has a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude, is knowledgeable and always maintains a high level of professionalism...he follows through on absolutely everything. Something that sadly cannot be said of the other branches all the time.
It is no understatement to say that whilst Imagine are by far from being truly competitive on all areas, it is Josh (and indeed Aaron and Tej) at the WD25 office that have kept me with them.
My existing agent who is cheaper in all respects and in some cases does not charge at all for services and with whom I have dealt with in other areas of London for many years has now branched out services in to the Watford area BUT I will, certainly for the moment, be sticking with Josh at Imagine.
Lastly I have to add that continuity is key and I always know where I am with Josh on lettings and on the sales side both Aaron and Tej.
