We recently moved into our new house & want to say a huge thanks to everyone at Julian Wadden in Heaton Moor for helping with the sale of our house xxx We hadn't moved for years & had forgotten how stressful & complicated buying & selling houses could be. From the initial meeting & valuation with Alex we knew we were going to be in safe hands. And then it was over to Georgina to do the conveyancing. We simply couldn't have got through things without her. She helped & guided us through all steps, niggles & hiccups & was so professional & calm & supportive. And then Julian stepped in towards the end to do a final tweak!!

I knew I had found a good agent as soon as I went through the door. I was warmly welcomed by customer friendly staff with professional knowledge. The communication and support I have received and continue to receive is very impressive so I do not feel I am alone as I go through this process.
The photographs of my property were taken by a professional so online presentation is excellent.

Everyone at the Estate Agency have been very helpful and informative. They have guided me through the process and have explained each step. They set my expectations at the beginning, which was good. The process has been a smooth one. They fitted in visits around my shifts. I liked the fact that the viewings were done on one day without me being there (great when you live with a toddler) They have always been prompt in replying to any messages. They have made this part as stress free as possible for me.
