Alex gave me a valuation for my property. He provided professional suggestions and maket price investigation. All the communications through email are good. Generally he will reply within two days. Recommended.

Prospective tenants avoid. Unprofessional chancers. Of a £923 deposit, they cheekily asked to keep £869: £200 for cleaning (we cleaned it nicely), £300 for redecoration (like what?), £200 for gardening (we mowed and trimmed it regularly...), and £169 for "other" (aka a new fridge and some grouting resealing). Do people actually agree to demands like that? Also, throughout the 3 years we were tenants, faults often went many weeks before any kind of acknowledgement (let alone fixing), and property inspectors sometimes came round to inspect without any notice.

I can only say that the JW team have been brilliant. We were on a tight timeline to complete, and all staff were prompt in their response to whatever was thrown up along the way.
They were also very supportive, and have me good advice. It was very reassuring to have them sorted everything out. I would highly recommend them.

I have to say in the early stages of purchasing my intended property that “ Linda” who showed me around the property initially as viewing rep for J.Waddon was the best I’ve encountered.
Her professionalism was exceptional…. Even after the viewing ..running to my car
saying she had found the keys left by
vendor to open the patio door onto garden and getting me to go back in with her to finish the viewing completely.
Georgia as well in the office like a breath of fresh air compared to other agents I’ve experienced from wilmslow to marple who don’t come close.
Totally impressed.

Everyone at the Estate Agency have been very helpful and informative. They have guided me through the process and have explained each step. They set my expectations at the beginning, which was good. The process has been a smooth one. They fitted in visits around my shifts. I liked the fact that the viewings were done on one day without me being there (great when you live with a toddler) They have always been prompt in replying to any messages. They have made this part as stress free as possible for me.
