Would definitely recommend. They had a super fast turnaround on valuation and putting on Rightmove. They were extremely helpful along the way and supported us to get a higher offer. We sold after 6 viewings. The agents showing the people round came around early to ask us questions and really sold the place to viewers. Something we noticed didn't always happen when we looked at houses to buy with other agents. They have a portal too that tracks feedback and viewings, which was really useful.... Read more

I didnt like the service i recieved from julien waden on this occasion. They were hardly in contact- untill i contacted them and said i was no longer listing with them. They pretty much copy and pasted the same description for a house they were selling down the road. They had an unrealistic price, which left me with only 1 viewing in 9 weeks? The pictures werent great and overall i just was not impressed. This may just be an bad experience compared to others, but i wouldnt reccomend.... Read more
