Gracie and Tiffany did an excellent job assisting the sale of our flat. Market conditions were difficult and we initially had another agent market the property. The other agent failed to get many viewings but when Gracie/Tiffany became agents that changed; there was a significant uptick in viewings and much better communication. We unfortunately had a buyer pull out but Gracie/Tiffany found a new buyer almost immediately. They were very helpful throughout the sales process too and helped get it over the line.
