Charles is the agent who sold my son's flat at St James, Central London. It was under offer within 2 weeks and completed in 5 weeks. The service was excellent and we are so grateful for his diligence and professionalism.
The other agent from Mayfair doubted a non Mayfair based agent will be able to sell the flat swiftly, didn't he proved them wrong.

I've been using the BHHS fully managed service for half a year. At the beginning the service was not good in any way. However, since I was assigned Michael Taylor, everything has been excellent. Michael is responsive, professional and honest. Through Michael I got my HMO license remedial actions complete which although not the biggest project, it required lots of effort and coordination. Despite the poor service at the start of fully managed, since Michael it's been 5 stars. TY !

I was very lucky to meet Amelia. She is absolutely amazing agent! She showed me a flat that I already saw with other agency, but wasn’t sure about it. Amelia was thoughtful and prepared something special. And this was just an amazing flat, in prime location and at great price. Amelia was very helpful, always responsive and positive!
