Wow, definitely the best experience we’ve ever had purchasing a property - and we have bought quite a few over the past forty odd years! Gracie was amazing. Right from our first viewing she was on it. She even put us in touch with an amazing solicitor - so much so that it was the slickest, and quickest, completion that we have ever experienced. We had been trying to sell a flat without much success but then interviewed Gracie along with other agents. Gracie had far more knowledge (and interest) in Kings Cross. The other main agent operating there didn't seem terribly engaged. Once she found the buyer she stayed on it, helping to push it through the legals and to completion. Our building manager said that of all the agents he sees, Gracie is the only one who takes the time to show prospective buyers the many benefits of the building - not just a 5 minute in & out of the flat with little knowledge, as we've witnessed with other agents. Well done & thanks.

Gracie and the team were helpful, efficient and knowledgeable from start to finish in helping us to sell our Flat. I contacted several local estate agents regarding the sale of my property.
Here’s why I chose BHHS.
Gracie, the Sales Manager returned my call immediately and went to view the property that same day.
She presented a realistic and evidence based valuation which met my expectations, together with a clear plan for marketing and a time line for the sale.
Our discussions regarding fees and the terms and conditions in the sales contract were straightforward.
The property was launched on all portals within days and a buyer secured with a couple of weeks.
Exchange took a while and throughout the process Gracie was in constant contact with all parties. Both my solicitor and legal secretary praised her attention to detail and ability to source documents and assist with legal enquiries. Without this my solicitor told me that the process could have taken much longer.

Gracie and Tiffany did an excellent job assisting the sale of our flat. Market conditions were difficult and we initially had another agent market the property. The other agent failed to get many viewings but when Gracie/Tiffany became agents that changed; there was a significant uptick in viewings and much better communication. We unfortunately had a buyer pull out but Gracie/Tiffany found a new buyer almost immediately. They were very helpful throughout the sales process too and helped get it over the line. Would recommend.

The plaudits and positive comments on the reviews below are all ones which I strongly support. Both Graciela Loveday and Tiffany Fieldman were quite excellent in dealing with the sale of my flat. They were both very professional, knowledgeable of the market, and very good at keeping me regularly updated. I was impressed with the number of prospective buyers they managed to have to come and view the property. From 'offer to completion' was just 12 weeks, and both Gracie and Tiffany worked hard behind the scenes to ensuring good communication between buyer and solicitors, and overcoming some obstacles and possible delays. Well done to both as good professional team. I recommend their skills and expertise.
