The most unprofessional letting agency and with incredibly rude people to talk to. THEY ASK FOR REFERENCES TO BOOK A VIEWING ONLY. Even though you don't know whether you will go ahead with the renting or not. And the application form talks about a pending move and not to book a viewing. From my impression they are only trying to discriminate against people with the excuse of following Covid-19 government advice JUST A FEW DAYS BEFORE TO REOPE INDOOR HOSPITALITY!!!!! THIS IS ABSURD!

Exactly what an estate agent should be - professional, honest and do what they say they’re going to do when they’re going to do it. They’re a little more expensive than some other agents however they are worth every single penny because the service is so much better. We won’t use any other agent!

We had a very positive experience working with Knightsbridge in selling a property. They totally understood my role (helping my Mum) and kept me and her in the loop regularly.
All the staff we encountered were really easy to speak to, and meticulous in their attention to detail, from the first meeting to completion. We felt their fee was fair for the service provided.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use Knightsbridge again in future!

Excellent service from Knightsbridge right from the initial valuation through to exchange. We were regularly updated by the team throughout the process and once an offer had been made the sales progression team were excellent. Despite the COVID restrictions they did a very good job and made the whole process much easier.

Hi, I cannot recommend this Estate Agent enough, from the very start from viewing the house to giving their fair and constructive comments on how to sell the property. Explaining their marketing strategy was clear and concise.
Dealing with Jake, Caroline and Jackie from the Wigston office was a pleasure, always professional and went the extra mile.
My sale was not the easiest and hit challenges which was dealt with so professionally.
On selling I was then moved to Sam to look after me through to exchange and completion, again we were hit by lots of difficulties getting things over the line, however I cannot complement them enough on how they handled everything with solicitors, surveyors the clients. Keeping me up to date and acting with my best interests at heart. Sam was just so responsive, thoughtful and went the extra mile every time.
They are a very caring unit and always put the client first. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you Knightsbridge I got there in the end.

I engaged Knightsbridge to sell on my behalf. I wonder if the initial price was a little ambitious as it had to be reduced after couple of months to encourage interest. The initial listing was in July 2020. I would have appreciated a little more on the regular update front. This did improve after mentioning to them. The sale took rather longer than I would have wished but it did complete late in February 2021. The three months leading up to completion saw regular telephone contact with updates of progress. This was much appreciated.
I thank those concerned for their help and patience over the time the house took to sell.
